1. All dogs must be accompanied by an up-to-date record of current vaccinations against Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Canine parvovirus and other relevant diseases. |
2. It is strongly recommended that dogs are vaccinated against kennel cough (Infectious Bronchitis). This should be done 7 days prior to boarding; owners should seek the advice of the veterinary surgeon. |
3. We strongly recommend that you give your dog a broad spectrum de-worming course prior to its stay in the kennels. We also strongly recommend that you apply a tick solution to your dog before its stay in the kennels. |
4. Dog owners must advise us of any pre-existing conditions or ongoing treatments when we collect or you deliver your dog to us. |
5. All attempts are made to give your dog the very best care and attention. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss out with our control. In the event of the sad loss of a pet, and we are unable to contact the owner or the nominated representative, we reserve the right to make suitable arrangements, after taking the advice of our veterinary surgeon, regarding your pet. |
6. Insurance is included in the kennel charges for your dog, as well as emergency veterinary cover. Any veterinary charges not covered by insurance, will be settled by you on collection. |
7. All boarding fees will be payable by either cash or cheque (with bankers card) on delivery or collection of your dog. |
8. During busy periods of the year, a non-refundable deposit of £40 per pet may be taken when booking. |
9. All bookings are confirmed. Any cancellations are subject to a fee of £40 per pet. If the total cost of the stay is less than this the full booking fee must be paid. |
10. Boarding fees are due for the full booking period. Even if your pets are collected before the due date of departure. This will be settled by you on collection. |
11. Any dog not collected within 7 days from the agreed collection date (unless an agreement has been reached) will be re-homed to the best of our ability. |
12. All dogs should be collected by 12 noon on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. If your dog is not collected by 12 noon on the day of departure you will incur a day-boarding charge. |
13. We are unable to board female dogs that are actually "in season". If you believe that your dog may be due to come into season during her stay at the kennels then you should speak to your vet about what course of action you need to take. |
14. If your dog comes into season during her stay and we were unable to contact you or your representative, we would consult our vet who may decide to delay your dogs season for the welfare of the others dogs in the kennels. This would be an additional expense to you, settled on collection. |
15. All booking fees are subject to change. |
16. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A VAT invoice is available upon request. |
